Scope and purpose of data processing:
In contact with EALAS, we will ask for your permission whenever we ask for personal data. Personal data may include name, title, position, address of employment institution, nationality, age, academic qualifications, honors, awards, email address and telephone number. In particular, this information is required when you register as a member or for an EALAS event.

Right of withdrawal and data cancellation:
EALAS aims to keep your personal data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing. After that, personal data will be deleted or anonymized. Upon request, the EALAS Board of Directors will inform you which information we have stored from you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
